One thing I can't but love is the three websites (sort of) maintained by John Hodgman, of the Daily Show, The Area of My Expertise and those damned MAC commercials. Okay, so three sites should qualify as three things I love, but they are a unique package for the internet, of the kind I've always wanted to see on the web but never new it. At "The Areas of My Expertise," Mr. Hodgman advertises his book, in which he lists 700 hoboes that almost revolted against the US. On E-Hobo.com, they are detailed and illustrated by fans. And finally, LittleGrayBooks.com details (or did) the lectures that first gained Mr. Hodgman fame. I could send you to the official MAC site, but the "2001: A Space Odyssey" look of the MAC sort of clashes with the "internet-through-a-typewriter and some daguerreotypes" feel that Hodgman gives you.
